We are looking for a STAR Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team in our rapidly growing business. Noosa Air Conditioning is 100% customer focussed, we only employ those with the same attitude.
What we ask of you:
- Proficient in multi-channel customer service/helpdesk skills
- Good English written, verbal and comprehension skills.
- Clear communication skills
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience with Xero Accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office applications - particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Answering calls
- Responding to messages
- Updating customer information thru our software programmes
- General admin
- Daily reporting tasks
- Identify efficiencies in processes
- Be proactive
